Deleting your data

Remove Facebook sign-in

If you signed in with Facebook, you can disconnect it from Facebook at any time:

1. On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
2. Open Apps and websites.
3. Find Contract Portal and choose Remove.

Removing it stops Facebook sign-in for Contract Portal. It doesn't delete your Contract Portal account: you can still sign in with your email address.

Ask us to delete your information

• Signed in: send us a message from the client portal.
• Or use the contact address in our Privacy Policy.

What we remove

The link between your account and Facebook, and the profile information Facebook shared with us (your name and email address), unless we are required to keep it.

What we keep

We keep client files and signed records for as long as the law and our professional duties require, and we review them before anything is deleted.
